Returns:
-All returns or exchanges must be made with-in 10 days.
-Prior approval by Post Options Inc. is required for proper credit. A written request for return of saleable items must be submitted via mail, or E-mail and must include the following information: Date of purchase, product description and reason for return.
-Merchandise must be in unused condition and in original packaging.
-Cost of return shipping charges for authorized returns are to be prepaid by buyer.
-Panties are not returnable due to California health regulations.
-We will accept an exchange of a panty for change of size only. Panty must be unworn, in original package.
